INTAKE
Recommended intake - 1-2 sachets per day. Great first thing in the morning, last thing at night or after a workout.

STORAGE
Keep frozen, once defrosted consume within 50 days.

Vitamins C, B6, B12 & Folic Acid together with Selenium and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the normal maintenance of hair and nails.
